Cake was awarded to apply Intumescent coatings and Seal coat of this multi storey building, in total 7372.2m². This Innovation Complex are situated on the same premises as Massey University which are based in Albany. Fire-rating are 30-min and 60-min. All steel that required Intumescent Coatings will also be seal coated. Product being used are Interchar 2060 and Interthane 870.
