Black Mould

Mould is a sign your residential or commercial property is damp. It can cause health problems for your family / tenants and should be removed promptly. Mould triggers allergens, which could damage your immune system and activate asthma and respiratory problems, especially in young children and the elderly who are particularly susceptible.

Mould can appear in visible places such as bathrooms, kitchens, and walls around offices and homes. It can also be in hidden areas like wardrobes, under carpets, and behind curtains and furniture. If you notice a damp odour, condensation on walls or surfaces, a furry texture on surfaces of dark green / blue or black colour - it is likely you have mould.
