Intumescent Coatings Projects

In this project Cake is working for GEMCO construction spraying Interchar 3120 to provide Passive Fire Protection.

This project is for the University of Auckland working on the reimbursement of their Recreation and Wellness Centre.

We were engaged by Naylor Love, Wellington, to help with the refurbishment and fire protection at the James Cook Hotel, Wellington.

This project involved an upgrade to a new National Storage unit in Paremata Wellington.

This project is for a brand new Costco in Westgate, Auckland.

BNZ new offices situated in the heart of Wellington CBD

This project involves working on a multi-storey apartment complex in Wellington CBD.

Cake was engaged to apply protective coatings and intumescent paint to steel at the new Queensgate, Lower Hutt, car park and cinema complex.

Cake was awarded to apply Intumescent coatings and Seal coat of this multi storey building, in total 7372.2m².

Our team was tasked with the job of installing intumescent coatings for Carlaw Park Student Village by Haydn & Rollett. Carlaw Park is a University student village for Auckland undergraduate students.

Set to open in 2022, the Metro Sports Facility, Christchurch will be the largest aquatic and indoor recreation and leisure venue of its kind in New Zealand, and we are delighted to be involved with this exciting project.

Cake Commercial have been engaged by CMP Construction to undertake the surface preparation and apply protective coatings and intumescent fire proofing to the basement steel members at Alexandra Park.

Cake have been engaged by Teak Construction to provide our Blasting & Intumescent Coatings services throughout an existing apartment complex in Grey Lynn, Auckland.

Cake Group are delighted to have been engaged by Fletchers Construction to undertake the Intumescent and Protective Coatings work within a momentous commercial project in Downtown Auckland.

Cake are proud to have recently completed the fire protection package on the 309 Broadway, Newmarket project. Scentre Group engaged Cake to carry out the Intumescent Coating of areas within the newly developed Westfield Shopping Centre in Newmarket, Auckland.

This project was primarily an intumescent coatings project, with some discrete areas within the building requiring more traditional protective coatings specifications.

This project involved the application of various Interchar products to the new Farmers retail development in Silverdale, Auckland.

This project involved applying a state-of-the-art thin film intumescent coating system (Nullifire SC 902 - supplied by Altex Coatings) to structural steel work on-site.

This large project involved the application of Intumescent coatings to a brand-new building for Vodafone, in Auckland.
