Cake Commercial have been engaged by CMP Construction to undertake the surface preparation and apply protective coatings and intumescent fire proofing to the basement steel members at Alexandra Park. The project to date consists of approximately 3100m2 of structural steel and approximately 3000m2 of Tray Decking.
