This project involved applying a state-of-the-art thin film intumescent coating system (Nullifire SC 902 - supplied by Altex Coatings) to structural steel work on-site. Film thickness ranges from 500 microns to over 3000 microns. By using a combination of the latest intumescent product technology, specialist spray equipment application, and our project-specific QA systems, the client has achieved outstanding efficiencies in the overall program out-works.
