This project for Hayden & Rollett is a brand new Costco in Westgate, Auckland. The building has several different non-fire rated, intumescent and cementitious coatings applied to provide fire protection of up to 180 minutes. Some passive fire board installation was also necessary for an aesthetic finish, providing fire rating of up to 180 minutes.

This project is split into a main warehouse and a car park with over 25,000m2 of steel to protect.
