We ensure that each of our staff understands all Safety Rules – rules are clearly explained upon induction and discussed as a matter of priority during Weekly/Daily Pre-Start Planning (safety practices are also covered during their Individual Performance Reviews)
‍Our employees are made aware of the consequences of breaching Safety Rules (subjected to disciplinary action)
‍Safety is explained thoroughly, most specially during the first few weeks on the job
‍Everyone has the authority to stop what they are doing if safety is compromised
‍Be a Safety leader! Our staff are always reminded to stay safe first and look out for their mates!

As Safety is our top priority, Cake is proud to be a certified OHSAS 18001:2007 which is the International Standards for Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
