Cake were engaged to provide our Passive Fire Protection package in the retrofitting of a commercial building in Auckland, New Zealand.

Cake’s Passive Fire team undertook penetrations work across multiple substrates to effectively fire stop pipework, electrical cabling and conduits. The team carefully ensured that the application of fire stopping devices such as Ryan Fire Collars and Intumastic securely sealed the various penetrations, preventing the spread of toxic smoke and fire to uphold the building Fire Rating of -/30/30.
